Full Time Solution provides sourcing, freight forwarding (sea and air), warehousing, customs coordination, and last-mile delivery services between China and destination countries we serve. Quoted pricing is an estimate until confirmed against final shipment weight, volume, and destination.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly included in your quote. Delays caused by customs authorities are outside our control, though we will work actively to resolve them.
While we take care in handling, storing, and shipping your goods, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the value declared at the time of booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.
